The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) and the Journal of Community Safety and Well-Being Exchange Partnership

2022-03-17

The voice of Ontario’s Police Leaders will soon be mentioning The Journal of Community Safety and Well-Being (JCSWB) with the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) recently approving a strategic partnership with The Journal. Building on its mandate to provide police leaders with the opportunity to share information and ideas, the OACP values the breadth of JCSWBs scholarly research and will develop an education gateway for its members. The OACP is keen to support its members by enabling access to relevant research and information, while supporting the province’s CSWB legislation.

This exciting partnership will begin with the following:

  • Banner ad exchanges on the respective websites
  • Announcements in e-newsletters (The OACP Round Up and The Dispatch) and on the Journal site
  • Social media exchanges

Designed to increase awareness for our respective activities, we will be highlighting relevant information to the shared communities of police and public safety practitioners, researchers, and stakeholders, alike. We are thrilled to partner with the OACP with our collective goal to expand the reach of the Journal and support the OACP's leadership in collaborative community safety outcomes.
