Dr. Bob Chrismas’ research and book “Sex Industry Slavery: Protecting Canada’s Youth” is referenced in the Court of Appeal of Manitoba’s decision (R. vs Alcorn, 2021 MBCA 101) to overturn the sentence of a Winnipeg man convicted of sexually exploiting a minor from 15 months to 5 years.
